Some countries are very much advanced in science. Their economic conditions are far superior to that of others. Such countries want to dominate weaker countries. They exploit them. This creates tension and other conflicts break out here and there.

Regional security systems are being worked out. These are happy signs which indicate that good sense is dawning on the leaders of the world. This is a good sign of world peace.

But the U.S.A. has grown all-powerful. It is increasingly playing the role of the policeman of the world. This tendency is a dangerous one. It must be crushed in the very beginning.
